2. Platform Description

Boxing.co.ke is a platform connecting East African boxers, fans, and promoters. We provide services including boxer profiles, event listings, fight records, and challenge systems. The Platform is co-owned by Sam 'Mufasa' Kogeluk and farajabien.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Upload malicious code or viruses
  • Interfere with platform operations
  • Use automated systems to access the Platform

  • Use the Platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post on the Platform. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the Platform. You represent that:

  • You own or have rights to all content you post
  • Your content does not violate any third-party rights
  • Your content is accurate and truthful
  • Your content complies with these Terms

6. Fight Records and Verification

Fight records submitted to the Platform should be accurate and verifiable. We reserve the right to verify fight records and may request evidence. False or misleading fight records may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Boxing.co.ke and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

8. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Accuracy of all user-submitted content
  • Completeness of boxer or event information
  • Security of data transmission

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boxing.co.ke and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
